Background: In today's, organizational success requires a change in functions, especially a change in management styles and its update. Among these, the role of spiritual leadership is very prominent. So people are enthusiastic about their activities, to achieve organizational goals.
Objective: The aim of the current research is to identify, explain and develop Spiritual leadership style from the point of view of the Qur'an, In order to be able to contribute to the training and perfection of human capital in organizations.
Method: This research using qualitative content analysis method inductively, Ijtihad method and interpretation method, tt has been done to collect information and analyze data.
Findings: Research findings show that spiritual leadership with a Quranic approach, has 5 categories, the vision, Altruism, hope and faith in work, Organizational Commitment and productivity has been. That 25 verses of the Qur'an have been extracted to validate it.
Results: Analysis and review of the data shows that spiritual leadership from the perspective of the Qur'an it's important and its is in the organization motivates people and be guided to spirituality in the goals of the organization.
