[English]
Many organizations owe their characteristics to human features. Of these, the idea of Taqwa (virtue) based organizations by benefitting from different ideological principles of today's organizations can play an outstanding role in current societies and it helps human society to achieve its original aims. What differentiates Taqwa (virtue) based organization from other type of this phenomenon is the kind of their prevailing ontology and ideology. As regards the illustrated characteristics of Taqwa (virtue) based organizations and their ideal material and spiritual outcomes, accepting this idea as favorable model of organization in monotheistic cultures seems reasonable. Considering the postmodernism governing scientific atmosphere, this idea can be encouraged and spread as a theory beyond the time and place. This research was an attempt to confirm the belief to this presupposition that expressing and distributing the idea of Taqwa (virtue) based organization enable the spread of spirituality and morality in the inter organizational interactions of the society. In this research, primarily, according to this problematic phenomenon, it is tried to explain the concept of Taqwa and next some organizational malfunctions are presented by emphasizing on pragmatics of organizational analysis in human society. Then by conducting organizational thinking, basic assumptions of Taqwa-oriented organizations are explained through Fuzzy-Delphi technique and descriptive – analytical method of content analysis, and at last unique functions and features of these kinds of organizations are investigated in terms of threefold pathology model consisting of content, structure and context.
