The major goal of the present study is to address the appropriateness and integrity between words and action of corporate politicians and agents and this factor can be taken as the main feature for political and executive authorities in governance area. In this study, efforts have been made to deal with the governmental rulers’ words and action integrity as descriptive-analytical from the perspective of Islamic basics and the West and then the relevant contents have been taken and the conceptual propositions have been extracted. The philosophy of this present research is its interpretation, its qualitative method, the purpose of the descriptive research, and its orientation is also applicable. In order to collect data, the author has used the library method with referring to scientific and Islamic texts and texts. Concepts and themes have been counted, as well as a model explained to public administrators and managers in understanding and understanding as much as possible the integrity and proportionality between speech (promise) and behavior (conduct), and this can reduce the gap between government and people.

Nahj-ol-Balaghah is the Imam Ali (AS) government education exhibition and is one of the richest and most original Shi'i Islamic texts and political sources. It needs to explain, analyze and accurately discuss the topics, including the sermons, letters and words of the Imam Ali. On the other hand, considering that policing in the government is considered as one of the main pillars of policy implementation, and considering the principle that Amir Al-Momenin's noble words are considered as the complete charter of Islam in Islam, Discussions related to policy in Nahj al-Balaghah can be the source of many issues in the country. In this article, we try to analyze the content of Nahjol Balagh narratives and use the implication research method, the implications associated with the policy evaluation are extracted, and according to this, the methods of assessing the present-day policy should be aligned with the implications.In fact, the main goal is to bring thematic implications related to policy assessment out of the text of the narratives and to conform with the methods of assessing the common policy.

The purpose of this paper is to identify and extract the basic concepts and categories of determining the "goal" in an organization based on value systems. For this reason, referring to valid Islamic texts and according to western scholars and texts, the basic concepts and definitions of the "goal" are identified by using the data collection method of the grounded theory and by collecting the data through the library's survey. The results indicate that western organizations share a common goal in terms of their value system, which is the material benefit and the increase in the level of welfare of life. On the other hand, Islam accepts the principle of profit, but profits, both material and spiritual Knows. Profit in the logic of Islam is a means to achieve long-term and excellent goals. Therefore, if the manager determines the goals of the organization by considering the characteristics of the organization, then it will act based on material and spiritual development

Summary In the present era, no organization can be seen as the integrity and integrity of the ethics, especially its most prominent. If honesty prevails over the organization, it will be effective in the success of the organization. Therefore, this article seeks to investigate the organizational integrity model in the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) using the basis of data analysis to analyze the opinions and ideas of the leaders of the Islamic Revolution. On the basis of this, all the documents were studied in full. In order to achieve the theoretical saturation of the selected propositions, the result was analyzed through open coding, 4309 codes, 56 sub-concepts, 294 concepts, 21 subcategories and 26 categories regarding the subject of the research and identified by the axial coding of the paradigm research pattern Was counted. Based on the findings of the research in the resulting pattern of data, the identified categories are: causal categories including the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the goals and aspirations of the IRGC and internal and external threats, environmental categories such as the status and status of the Guards in the society, organization and organization , Intermediate categories such as divine affairs, support, unity and cohesion, individual and organizational values, strategic issues including spirituality, insight, spirituality, education, commander / director, service, ethics, publicity, education, behavioral advancement, advancement and self-reliance And after-effects categories Such as, preserving the Islamic Revolution and its achievements, power, defense, development and promotion of the sacred system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Islamic human resources management on the performance of the organization with the mediating role of employee commitment. The research methodology is applied, and methodologically and naturefully, descriptive survey is a type of structural equation. The statistical population of the study consisted of all employees of the department of roads and urban planning of Qazvin province in 230 people. Cochran method was used to select the sample in this study. According to Cochran formula, 144 individuals were randomly selected as samples. The research instrument was a standard questionnaire. The research data were collected according to the collected questionnaires with a reliability value of more than 0.7. Validity of the questionnaires was made in content and with the opinion of experts. Descriptive statistics (demographic information) and inferential statistics (structural equations) were used to analyze the data. Results of the findings indicated that Islamic HRM had a significant effect on the performance of the organization, and also the results of the hypotheses. Human resource management by mediating organizational commitment was significant on organizational performance. On the other hand, the components of Islamic human resources management including employment and selection, education and development, salaries and rewards, and performance evaluation have a significant effect on the performance of the organization.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of Islamic ethics on the desire of individuals to whistle and report misconduct and misconduct of other individuals. The research method is applied and correlational. The statistical population of this research is all employees of one of the manufacturing companies located in the industrial town of Kermanshah in 102 people. Using a simple random sampling and Cochran statistical formula, 80 people were selected as samples and scanned. In order to explain the relationship between the variables of the research, the standard questionnaire of Islamic Labor Ali (1998) and collecting information about whistling were used by a researcher-made questionnaire (1396) whose reliability was verified through Cronbach's alpha and its validity through content validity. Data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling using Smart-PLS software. The results of this study showed that Islamic ethics has a positive and significant effect on whistling with path coefficients of 0/908. Given the impact of Islamic work ethics on whistling, It is suggested to managers and organizational leaders Which created the culture of Islamic ethics And encouraging people to talk and make mistakes on the basis of ethics and professionalism.

Corruption is a major and widespread problem in the world and is not limited to a specific group of countries. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the role of organizational identity and religious identity in preventing corruption in government agencies. This research is in terms of its purpose and its purpose is to develop applied knowledge in the field of organizational studies. From the perspective of the descriptive-analytical method, it is considered as a cross-sectional type of research. The statistical population of this research is selected from among the administrative experts, sampling method, in the form of random stratified sampling, 120 individuals were selected as sample size. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The research hypotheses were analyzed using structural equation modeling and factor analysis using SMART PLS software. Findings of the research showed that the identity of the organization is a strong factor in the prevention of corruption. In addition, the results of this study showed that religious identity deteriorates administrative corruption.
