The seminary is the oldest religious education institution in Afghanistan that is committed to the study, study and promotion of Islamic knowledge and education. this seminary today requires a revision of their policies and curricula in view of the acceleration of knowledge and the diversification of strategies and techniques for learning and its implementation, and the effective and desirable conduct of their mission requires the need to revise current policies. This study was carried out with the aim of identifying the current state of policy making in the educational system of seminary. Its method, is analytical -descriptive, using interview as a tool for data collection and its analytical techniques is Qualitative content analysis. The present research is the first research that has been adopted in this field by a managerial and problem-based approach. The findings of this study show that the current policies of the seminary education system face difficulties.

The history of cohesion introduction is refer to famous janowits and shills article about cohesion and rupture. This article was published in 1948. According to them, cohesion is a unique form of combat motivation that provides by interpersonal relationship and cohesion is means motivation. The purpose of this study is exploring and identifying factors providing group cohesion in military forces according to Imam Ali (p) statements in Nahj-Albalagheh. The study type is application and for extract factors and confirmation of them, mix method was used. In qualitative section, with coding of Imam Ali (p) statements, 31 main code for creating group cohesion was identified and in quantitative section with regard to the qualitative sections data, 243 respondents was completed the researcher made questionnaire. To determine the sample size, Cochran formula was used. Questionnaire validation was confirmed by content and structure methods with structural equation modelling. Questionnaire reliability was confirmed by cronbach alpha. Results show that inter-organizational and out of organization factors creating the group cohesion. Governor, administrator and people is about out of organization factors and commanders, military personnel and staffing system is about inter-organizational factors. Among them, commanders have the most effect and people has the least effect on creation group cohesion.

The present study is conducted to represent a scale for measuring the wise leadership in Mazandaran executive agencies. Method of the research, in terms of purpose, is a descriptive-analytical method. In this study, statistical population consists of the employees of Mazandaran executive agencies. On the basis of Cochran's formula, 248 employees are selected as a sample. Study is conducted in two stages. In the first stage, the model's dimensions and components recognized by means of literature review and interview with experts through purposive sampling method. Eventually, on the basis of experts' opinions, 10 dimensions and 46 items extracted to design the model. In the second stage, the validated factor analysis and the questionnaire were used to validate the recognized components. Research results based on structural equations showed that all items as constructs are validated in the wise leadership; i.e. the value of Average Value Extracted (AVE) for all items were more than 0.50. Also, the final model is supported by fit indices (RMSEA=0.073; RMR=0.015; NFI=0.99, and GFI=0.95). The average level of the wise leadership and its qualities in the statistical sample was more than the considered average. Nowadays, many leaders use knowledge improperly, and are unable to develop and foster its better types. It must be noted that the present situation request for the wise leaders who transform the knowledge to wisdom through dynamic organizational processes, and foster the wisdom in others.

Considering the necessity of nativeizing changes in the country and acknowledging that our religious culture has the richest foundations and concepts of transformation, this research seeks to attain the level of reason (individual behavior) in a qualitative study using Use content analysis method in a targeted sample of Quranic verses to explain the process of evolution and management in organizations. Based on the findings, the transformation process was conceptualized based on a variety of changes in the world and humans at both individual and group levels and based on a variety of model changes, in which the change first occurs at the individual and then at the social level. The factors influencing evolution from the perspectives of the Quran into two categories of internal factors (faith, rationality, perfection) and externality (Islam of the scholars of the religion of leadership, justice and unity) as well as the principles governing the process of transformation are also at two levels: individual (worship, Piety, trust, repentance, patience, specialty, power, prayer, existential capacity) and group (supervision, counseling, education, jihad, good deeds and forbidding, encouraging and punishing). These research results can be the basis of developmental plans in all organizations, especially educational organizations. This study is aimed to identify the relationship between organizational cynicism and employee performance with regard to the moderator role of professional ethics in Javad -al -Aemeh cardiac hospital in Mashhad. The survey, in terms of its purpose, is practical and regarding its method is descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this study was hospital staff in 2016(500 employees), which 219 of them were selected based on Morgan table and with stratified sampling. The information was collected through Eaton and et al. organizational cynicism questionnaire (2000), self-made professional ethics questionnaire, and Stephan E. Condrey’s employee performance appraisal system (2005).All questionnaires were reliable and valid, and their reliability were 0.87,0.90, and 0.95, respectively. The results of hypotheses testing showed that there is a significant negative relationship between organizational cynicism and the employee performance. Furthermore, the moderating role of professional ethics was approved in the relationship between employee performance and organizational cynicism.

The most desirable way of dealing with Western knowledge is to separate scientific findings from its philosophical and fundamental appendices, and to consider it in the context of the Islamic worldview and with the metaphysical precepts of the theologian, taking into account materialistic assumptions. Given the impact of human sciences on the transformations of natural science, especially physics, from Newtonian physics to quantum, the evolution of management science is also divided into two categories. The purpose of this research was to provide a framework for the theorizing in management science and in the face of two Newtonian and quantum paradigms, based on the metaphysical and religious beliefs of Islam. Divine-social traditions are mechanisms that explain the purposefulness and legitimacy of the system of being and social systems in both material and immaterial dimensions. Accordingly, the traditionalist organization is an organization based on divine traditions, which redefines concepts such as blessing, wisdom, insight, and so on. It tries to identify the material and immaterial elements of social traditions by distinguishing factors and obstacles to the realization of traditions, Identifying them and applying them in an institutionalized way (based on rational, empirical sources)

The purpose of the present research is to cite analysis of the published articles of the two syllables of Islam and management. The research method in this research is citation analysis and descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage and mean) and Excel software are used for data analysis. Since the beginning of the publication, from 1391 to 1396, a total of 79 articles have been compiled, the average number of articles for each issue is 58/6 and the total citations 2777, the average citation for each number is 231 sources. According to research findings, among the sources of information books (Persian, Latin, and Arabic), with more than 54 percent and the most linguistic condition of the Persian sources with the highest frequency of 55 percent. The largest number of articles was for men with 144 and 87%, and the rest for women with 22 papers and 13%. Most articles are grouped together with 52 papers and 66%. In terms of educational qualifications, the most articles are written by people who have Ph.D. degrees and Ph.D. students (university and its field) with 127 articles and 76.5%, and the most prolific writer among the authors of the articles is Dr. Jafar Turkzadeh with 3 articles.
