SummaryOne of the most important requirements of interaction between organizations with employees having a spirit of sincerity. Therefore, this article seeks grounded using a systematic approach to analyze the discourse of Imam Khomeini and Imam Khamenei (Mdzlhalaly) and organizational integrity mechanisms to provide the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Islamic Revolution. In this regard, all written and relevant as Tmamkhvany His remarks were studied. Following a detailed analysis of selected texts were analyzed through coding. The results show the number, code 1865, 38 sub-themes groups, 124 concept, the three sub-categories and 12 categories were identified. The results indicate that organizational integrity mechanisms studied from the viewpoint of Imam Khomeini and the Supreme Leader, including Vlaytmdary, insight, spirituality, education, commander / director, service, ethics, Mrdmdary, Nvshvndgy, Rftartvanmndshdh, Pyshrvndgy and It is self-reliance.Key words: organizational integrity, the Supreme Leader, Iranian Revolutionary Guards, grounded theory.Key words: organizational integrity, the Supreme Leader, Iranian Revolutionary Guards, grounded theory.

Human dignity is an important category in Islamic culture and preserves many divine-human values. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between human dignity , with dimensions of 4 persons , the Denison Organizational Culture .This study used a descriptive - survey research . Statistical community is west Azarbaijan of payame noor university college faculty and administrative staff to 530 number and the number 220 of us in the Statistical sample using Morgan . A stratified random sample size of each class were selected academic and administrative staff . The instrument was a questionnaire and Pearson's correlation coefficient , t-test , analysis of variance and F-test was used to test the hypotheses . The results show that human dignity , with dimensions of the Denison Organizational Culture ,involvement , consistency, adaptability and mission is a significant positive relationship , and also between human dignity and staff view in terms of demographic variables were not significantly different . The decision is inherent in management science. some consider it the same as knowledge management. Different schools of management in this action are done on the basis of expediency to avoid any harm. One of the biggest problems in this direction, there is no true sense of expediency and losses on the thought. Management schools of thought born in the West, so the policy arising from the materialist conception of man, science and the universe. So in the process of decision-making organizations, decisions are disproportionate to the reality of being human that although it is apparently provides material benefits. But if we pay attention to the spiritual dimension of humans and the truth of creation, it is clear that man's worldly is not provided.This article describes the correct decisions Islam. And a decision favorable to the spiritual aspect of human-oriented, mixed with the material because the material and the material he provided.

In the current research, the subject as ethics considered as the main challenge the administrators and agencies are facing is analyzed and deliberated and this issue is emphasized that the policies and policy making in the field of Public Administration and Governance have to be based on the national interests and public will and this significant matter is constantly taken as an ethical principle for all governments .Thus ,the goal behind the ethics analysis in this study is to count and extract the fundamental principles of public ethics that seems many administrators and agencies of public sector, especially in some developing countries pay little attention to these principles and standards and only verbally adhere to such principles to reduce the pressures and attract the citizens' attention and this statement in society merely creates ambiguity and confusion for the citizens and in practice, it doesn’t help solve the public system challenges and issues .Thus to perceive the ethical principles and standards deliberated in this work can pave the ground for a democratic society development and increase the political system legitimacy and promote public confidence in the government.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact and interaction of the constructs and subsets of Sadiqi and Khanifar ethical decision making model (2015) from the viewpoint of accountants. The present study is a quantitative research that is carried out using a "DEMATEL technique". The questionnaire was sent to 11 experts in the field of accounting ethics. Findings showed that in the psychological factors of the variable "presumption and insistence on survival in posts and presidencies" from the most influential, the criterion of "opportunism and knowledge management" of the highest degree of influence and "ignoring personal competence" from the highest rate Interacting. In professional factors, "disregard for benevolence and honesty in criticism" from the most influential, "avoidance of responsibility" from the most impact and "blackening and unfair opinion about other managers" also have the most impact and impact. Is. Also, in diversion factors, the "preference of the benefits of properties to the public interest" has the most impact on the impact and the criterion of "disregard for the general interest". The most important finding of this study is that the proposed model is an "interactive process," meaning that its components interact and interact. As a result, in order to make a good ethical decision from the viewpoint of accountants, it is necessary to pay attention to all aspects of the model in order to maintain a balance in increasing the level of professional ethics and to enhance all components in order to obtain the best returns from it.

Creating spirituality in the workplace, enhances the organization sustainability in the present dynamic environment by facilitating its reaction towards environmental demands. In this study, the concept of workplace spirituality in Islamic and Western approaches and the practical implications of each one has been discussed in organizational behavior. It should be noted that most of internal researches carried out in the field of workplace spirituality have be done by Western approach and the components derived from the foundations of this approach. Meanwhile, the western approach looks from a different perspective to humankinds and his values and does not fit with the principles derived from our religious teachings and our Islamic society. Therefore, by using verses of Quran and narrations, through a philosophical research method we made some efforts to achieve a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of workplace spirituality and its practical application at levels of organizational behavior and implement and evaluate the program of workplace spirituality in accordance with Iranian – Islamic culture of our society. The results of this study showed that the Islamic perspective on the workplace spirituality, which is based on the nature of perfectionism, human excellence, and the teachings of the Islam religion in levels of individual, group, and organizational is more valuable and comprehensive than the Western materialistic approach. Therefore, due to the comprehensiveness of the teachings of Islam on the one hand and the importance of the existence of spirituality on the other hand, the cultivation of spirituality with Islamic approach is necessary.
